For each product, images and description containing relevant details are provided.

Order processing

DMAG.eu processes orders in Milan (Italy) from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once an order of available products has been placed, no changes can be made to that order.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. DMAG reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond DMAG's control. Please note that there may be shipping delays during promotions and sales. DMAG reserves the right to refuse to process an order and / or service at any time.

Promo codes

Customers who have received a PROMO CODE through social networks or on compliant promotional websites can enter the code during the purchase order on the check-out page. Each code has a start and end validity date which limits its use and cannot be extended.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order processing, based on the packaging that will be used.
Any customs duties and import taxes and any other costs are charged to the customer.
The relative amount is to be paid to the courier in the manner that will be indicated by the courier himself.

The costs of a possible return and any customs duties are charged to the customer.
Only in the case of defective or incorrect goods following an error made and recognized by DMAG.eu, the shipping costs and any customs duties are charged to DMAG.eu.

DMAG.eu ships all over the world according to the methods requested by the courier and following the regulations in force in the country of destination.
(EXCLUDING Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Post Office Boxes and Fermo Posta. Order requests to these addresses will be automatically canceled.)

Shipping methods

DMAG.eu ships worldwide via DHL Express.
In compliance with the international trade laws in force, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value expressed in Euro of each individual item purchased and of the total of the goods.

Available goods

Orders for available goods, subject to confirmation of the availability of the items and verification of the bank transaction, are entrusted to the courier within 3-5 working days following receipt of the order.
Shipping delays may occur during promotions and sales.
All items are checked before being shipped.

Delivery time

DMAG.eu ships worldwide via DHL Express

DMAG.eu cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of DMAG.eu.
Delivery for shipments destined for Italy is expected within 1-2 working days.
Delivery for shipments to the European Union is expected within 2-3 working days.
Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-5 working days.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order processing.
Any customs duties and import taxes are charged to the customer: the relative amount is to be paid to the DHL courier in the manner indicated by him.

Traceability of the shipment

Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, an e-mail notification will be issued by DHL providing the waybill number (AWB) relating to the order.
To monitor the progress of the shipment, you can visit the website www.dhl.it/it.html and enter the AWB number indicated in the e-mail in the "Track your Shipments" area.
By accessing the reserved area, in the Orders section, and clicking on each order, you can view the waybill number assigned.

Delivery of the package

Upon delivery of the goods, the package must be inspected carefully before signing the confirmation of receipt of the same.
The packages of DMAG.eu are carefully sealed with a DMAG.eu adhesive tape.
If the customer receives a box that has been opened by the Customs or Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the body.
If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the local DHL office and to promptly contact DMAG.eu at the e-mail address customerservice@dmag.eu
In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reserve, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.

Delivery failure

All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with DMAG.eu and undertake to accept the delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to its lack of cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses the delivery, the package is returned to the sender DMAG.eu in Italy. Shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic return of DHL to the sender DMAG.eu are deducted / withheld.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer can return the order, in whole or in part.
The return costs are charged to the customer.
Items can only be returned once per
- size change (if available)
-change color (if available)
-right of withdrawal
within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, upon request via email to customerservice@dmag.eu and issue of the return authorization number (RAN).
The written request must contain the order number, the code of the item (s) to be returned and the reason for the return: right of withdrawal or change of size and / or color.
After submitting this request, the customer will receive an e-mail with the return authorization number (RAN) and the instructions to follow in order to make the return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent.
Returns must be sent in the packaging box originally used by DMAG.eu, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Items must be returned with all original labels, wraps and other accessories (dustbag, and clothing covers, etc.) received in the package.
Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged and altered or used as a packing box for shipping.
The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
You can only ship your return from the address you used to place your order.
You can only ship your return using the DHL courier.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you at your expense and the refund will not be made.
Items returned with damage, or any obvious modification, will be rejected and sent back to the customer, who will be charged the normal shipping costs

In the event of defective or incorrect goods following an error made by DMAG.eu, you are asked to send an email to customerservice@dmag.eu, providing a description and photographic evidence proving the defect or error.
In these cases, if the defect or error is recognized, the shipping costs and any customs duties are charged to DMAG.eu.

Reimbursement:

The reimbursement of orders placed with Paypal are returned to the original bank account within 48 hours of receiving the package, after receiving the customer's bank details.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to changes in the exchange rate and will not be refunded.
The value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit; consequently no loss will be suffered in terms of bank interest.
