Information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation on the processing of personal data
1. Data Controller

2. Types of information processed
Through this website, www.dmag.eu (hereinafter "website"), DMAG may receive, collect and, more generally, process various types of user information:
- user data such as name, surname, email address, date of birth, address, telephone number, password, voluntarily provided by the user by filling in forms on the website, including the new account registration form and the newsletter subscription form;
- browsing data that we receive, relating to the device the user uses to view the website pages, through the use of so-called cookies. This data may include network and communication information such as the user’s IP address and other information relating, for example, to the internet service or the operating system. 3. Purpose of the processing
DMAG will process the user's personal data for the following purposes:
a) to register a new account usable on this website, to manage orders, payments and shipments related to e-commerce;
b) to allow us to contact the user in order to handle requests sent through the contact form, where active;
c) to send by email commercial communications related to products or services similar to those already purchased;
d) to send informational and promotional communications regarding DMAG's products, services and initiatives, and to send periodic newsletters related to events, offers, updates and marketing news.
4. Legal basis for processing and consequences of non-consent
Regarding the purposes of processing referred to in Art. 3 points a), b), c), the provision of personal data does not require the user's consent and is necessary for the performance of the requested services (e.g. account registration, order management, assistance) and to comply with legal, administrative and accounting obligations. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible for DMAG to provide the requested services or fulfill the contract.
Regarding the purpose of processing referred to in Art. 3 point d) (sending informational and promotional communications), the legal basis is the user's explicit and optional consent, which is requested during registration or newsletter subscription. Failure to give consent does not affect the ability to browse the site or use the main services, but will prevent the sending of the communications described above.
Consent given for marketing purposes may be revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before revocation. Revoking consent will not affect the use of the main services of the site.
5. Data processing methods
Personal data will be processed both on paper and electronically, in accordance with the security measures established by applicable legislation, to ensure the confidentiality and protection of your data.
6. Source of the data
The data processed, as described in Art. 2, are collected solely through this website, automatically via software procedures and services provided by third parties, or voluntarily provided by the user through the appropriate forms.
7. Data disclosure scope
The personal data collected for the purposes described in Art. 3 may be disclosed to or made known to the following entities:
- employees and/or collaborators of DMAG for the performance of administration, accounting, business development, legal advice, IT and logistics support activities, appointed as data processors and persons in charge of processing;
- companies or consultants responsible for the installation, maintenance, updating, and general management of DMAG's hardware and software;
- all those subjects (including Public Authorities) who have access to the data by virtue of regulatory or administrative measures.
8. Data retention period
For the purposes of processing referred to in Art. 3 points a), b), c), the collected personal data are stored until the end of the contractual relationship and for a period not exceeding legal, accounting, and civil obligations.
The user may request the deletion of their account and all related data by contacting the Data Controller at the addresses indicated in Art. 1.
Regarding the purpose of processing referred to in Art. 3 point d), personal data will be retained for the time necessary to send informational and promotional communications, until the user decides to withdraw consent or request data deletion.
Revoking consent for marketing purposes does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing based on consent and does not entail deletion of data related to any contracts or orders placed.
To stop receiving newsletters and/or commercial communications by email, simply follow the instructions in the latest promotional communication received.
9. Data subjects’ rights
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection legislation, the user has the right to:
a) obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists and their communication in intelligible form;
b) obtain, from the Data Controller:
– information on the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied if processing is carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
– identification details of the Data Controller;
– information about the entities or categories of entities to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the State, data processors or persons in charge;
c) obtain:
– the updating, rectification or integration of the data concerning them and data portability;
– the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
– certification that the above operations have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort with respect to the right being protected;
d) object, in whole or in part:
– on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection.
The above rights may be exercised by sending a request to the Data Controller at the contact details provided in Art. 1. Furthermore, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Italian Data Protection Authority.

This privacy policy may be modified or updated at any time.
