Premise
This website uses so-called cookies. Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation on the processing of personal data and cookies, this Cookie Policy clarifies what cookies are and explains which are used and for what purposes. The full Privacy Policy of the website can be found at the following link: Privacy Policy.
1. Website owner
The Data Controller is Proiezione S.r.l. (hereinafter “DMAG”) with registered office at Via Alessandro Manzoni 44, 20121 - Milan (MI). VAT no.: IT09287400155 - E-mail: customerservice@dmag.eu.
2. Definition of cookies
Cookies are small text files sent by websites to the terminals of users who visit them. After being stored on the terminals, they are sent back to the same websites upon the user's next visit from the same terminal (“first-party cookies”). While browsing a website, the user may also receive cookies on their terminal from websites or web servers other than the one being visited (“third-party cookies”) set by different domains. This may occur because the visited website may contain elements such as images, maps, sounds, or links to web pages from other domains residing on servers different from that of the requested page.
The duration of cookies can vary. There are temporary cookies (limited to a single browser session), which deactivate automatically when the user closes the browser; and persistent cookies, which have a predefined expiration date and remain stored and active on the user's hard drive until they expire or are voluntarily deleted, continuing to collect information during different browsing sessions.
3. Cookie classification
3.1 Technical cookies
Technical cookies are used solely to allow the user to navigate the website and to use its full functionality. They can be first-party or third-party cookies, as they are not always managed directly by DMAG.
Some technical cookies, “navigation cookies,” are essential to provide the user with an optimal browsing experience or to enable the registration of a user profile, allowing access to private areas or online purchases. Navigation cookies are usually temporary.
Other technical cookies, “functionality cookies,” are useful for storing certain user preferences (e.g., language, browser type, or country of origin) without having to reset them during subsequent visits. Functionality cookies are often persistent.
3.2 Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies are used on the website to collect statistical information, in aggregate or non-aggregate form, on the number of users accessing the website and how they use it.
3.3 Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are used to collect personal data and create a user profile based on preferences expressed during web browsing. They allow targeted advertising messages based on the user's tastes and habits.
Under current privacy regulations, the installation of such cookies requires the user's prior consent.
The user is free to prevent the installation of profiling cookies at any time without affecting the ability to visit the website or access its content. Disabling profiling cookies does not mean the user will stop seeing ads; however, the displayed ads may not reflect their interests.
